Explorers

Explorer Post 17 is comprised of young men and women between the ages of 14 and 21 who show an interest in law enforcement. Post 17 currently has around 25 active Explorers divided into two platoons with a command structure that mirrors that of the Police Department.

Explorers are also provided with an email address at no charge by the post.
